Should I sell my current home before buying a new one?
If the built-up equity in your current home will be applied to the down payment on the new home, naturally the former will need to be sold first. Some home buyers decide to turn their current home into an investment property, renting it out. In that case, the current home will not need to be sold. However, your loan advisor will still need to evaluate your risk profile and credit history to determine whether making a loan on a new home is feasible while retaining title to the old home. Buyers often have a short time frame to sell their current home when relocating to a new city because of a job transfer. If you are moving but taking a position with the same employer, check to see if they offer relocation assistance to help offset some of the costs.

How do you send me my offer?
Cashbuyers will send you a purchase offer within 24 hours following your request. For your convenience, we will send it by email. The email will contain a link you can click to view our very competitive offer online. If I accept your offer online, will the transaction be final? Will I need to do anything more?
Yes, after you settle all the requirements, you will still need to sign the Sales Contract.

Can I choose my own closing date?
When you view your offer, you can choose your closing date within 7–30 days. This date will then be indicated in the final purchase contract you will receive via email the same day. If something changes and you need to make a slight change to your close date, let us know and we’ll do our best to make the adjustment
