At Cash Buyers New York, we know our local real estate market. Established in 2000, our professional and friendly team has been buying properties all over New York, helping those looking to sell properties fast with a legitimate cash buy in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
Our mission is to be involved and stay involved through all the stages of the property transaction process offering expert advice and a helping hand every step of the way.
Qasir Ahmad (CEO)
As a lifelong resident of New York, Qasir has developed a unique understanding of the New York realty market. He purchased and sold his first house at a young age of 22 which kicked off his career and passion for Real Estate. He remembers the obstacles he came across as a seller and decided to take on an unorthodox method of buying and selling, so sellers don’t experience the same challenges that many still experience today. As a fully licensed real estate broker, he is now spearheading his new venture in real estate investing: Cash Buyers New York, which streamlines the art of selling houses.
Qasir brings 20 years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and commitment to each individual project until completion. His record of successful sales speaks volumes, and he has managed to keep an unblemished track record because of his drive to help others. He provides bespoke service to each client whilst building and maintaining a relationship through effective communication and devotion.
During his time off as a real estate adviser Qasir enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and three beautiful daughters.

Marina is Vice President at Cash Buyers NY where she specializes in overseeing the day-to-day management of the business. She is experienced running financial models and has been an active real estate investor for over 11 years. Marina is very detail oriented, attentive, and responsive.
She has a positive attitude, which sets her apart from those around her. Marina is remarkable at keeping new sellers informed every step of way leading to smooth transactions. Marina attributes much of her success to extensive training but also her communication skills, and she lays out the entire process in a clear and comprehensive manner to potential sellers.
When she is not at work, she loves spending quality time with her family. She is a Proud mother of a 3-year-old baby girl.

Over the course of 7 years, George has developed a range of exceptional project management expertise including maintenance of the budget and quality service in every home rehabilitation project. In this period, he was entrusted to manage multi-million-dollar construction projects.
He is a very capable individual who has extensive knowledge of every aspect within the renovation business and takes care of all the rehab projects fairly and efficiently. Each job assigned is completed on time and under budget, allowing the remaining money to be invested in other projects.
George has many other roles within the business such as selecting and securing a reasonable site for construction, interviewing contractors, negotiating prices, scheduling work, procuring materials; all of which he carries out efficiently and successfully.
Alongside being an outstanding project manager, George is a family orientated individual and loves socializing which is reflected through his exemplary patience and, interpersonal and communication skills.

A transaction coordinator’s goal is to handle contracts and disclosures. Zahid works as the Transaction Coordinator and is responsible for managing the purchase, sale, and wholesale transaction process.

By profession Touqeer Ahmad is an Engineer. He has a deeper understanding in structure and buildings. His job is to guide us before and during the process of renovation to make sure all the building codes are followed according to the plan, within over 7 years of his experience he had accomplished many personal and professional goals including building brand new homes and renovated all over New York city and long island.

A Professional Team Leader provides leadership and instruction so others in the group can complete tasks quickly and effectively. Valeria joined CashBuyersNY in December as the Leads Manager. Her current tasks range from organizing contact information in the database to running call reports.

Homaira manages the Customer care and HR Administrator for CashBuyersNY, in addition to managing the employee benefits. With over 10 years of Administrator experience, and ensures that all our Employees are handled and update HR record expeditiously.
